2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a registration/enrolment form, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or enrol in our courses.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website and will apply from its stated effective date.
3. Our Services
My German Language provides online/live German language courses, including levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. Course details such as duration, schedule, class frequency, fees, starting date, teaching method and other relevant information are provided on the website or registration/enrolment materials.
All classes are conducted online/live. Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular course, course recordings are not provided.
Course materials, including PDFs/books and other materials specified for the relevant course, are provided to enrolled students in accordance with the course offering.
4. Registration and Enrolment
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration/enrolment. This may include name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, qualification and country.
Submission of an application or registration form does not necessarily constitute final enrolment unless the applicable registration/enrolment requirements and payment conditions have been fulfilled.
Priority, course access and other enrolment arrangements may be subject to confirmation of registration and payment.
5. Course Fees and Payment
The applicable registration/enrolment fee will be stated for the relevant course. Fees may vary between courses and student categories.
Available payment methods may include Safepay, credit/debit card and bank transfer, as communicated by My German Language.
Where payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway, the payment transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
6. Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and keep contact information up to date.
- Attend scheduled live classes and participate appropriately.
- Use course materials only for personal educational purposes unless written permission is provided.
- Do not share, resell, reproduce or distribute paid course materials, class links or other restricted course content without permission.
- Do not engage in behaviour that disrupts classes, harms other students, or interferes with the operation of the course or website.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before the course starts, a student may request cancellation with an authentic justification. Where the request is accepted under the applicable policy, a 100% refund may be provided.
After the course has started, a student may request cancellation within the first three classes. If the student is dissatisfied with the course and makes a valid refund claim within the first three classes, a 100% refund is available in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Non-attendance by itself is not considered a cancellation or refund reason.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–12 working days.
Specific course or promotional terms displayed at the time of registration may contain additional details and should be read before payment.
8. Intellectual Property
The My German Language website, course content, educational materials, text, graphics, branding, logos, documents and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of My German Language or their respective rights holders.
Students may use provided course materials for their own educational purposes. Copying, selling, publishing, redistributing or commercially exploiting protected materials without permission is prohibited.
9. Website Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with website operation, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or payment facilities, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
10. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers
The website may use third-party services, including payment processors or communication and technology providers. Where applicable, transactions and use of those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms, privacy notices and policies.
My German Language is not responsible for matters solely within the control of a third-party service provider, subject to applicable law.
11. Course Changes, Suspension or Termination
We may make reasonable changes to course schedules, instructors, course arrangements or other operational details when necessary. Where a material change affects an enrolled student, we will communicate the relevant information through the available contact channels.
We may suspend or terminate access to a course or website where necessary due to misuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions, security concerns, unlawful activity, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law and any applicable refund rights.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the My German Language Privacy Policy. By using the website or registering for a course, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and used for purposes described in that Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided by applicable law, the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, including the competent consumer courts where applicable, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by My German Language.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
